Matt Chinn is a veteran of the live entertainment industry, working as an agent and promoter for touring concert and theatrical attractions. Throughout his career he has represented over 100 touring artists and their productions including: A Chorus Line, Bring in da’ Noise, Bring in da’ Funk starring Savion Glover, Cats, Chicago, Dreamgirls, Evita, Fiddler on the Roof, Green Day’s American Idiot, Ragtime, Stomp, Sunset Blvd, and The Phantom of the Opera to name a few.

 

Before founding East Bank, Matt served as the Director of Touring and Development for Madstone Productions in New York. In this position he oversaw the booking and promotion of international touring sensation Celtic Woman throughout North America, as well as the inaguaral tour of Human Nature presented by Smokey Robinson, and the 2011 Chicago premier of A Christmas Story the Musical at the Chicago Theatre.

 

Prior to his work at Madstone, Matt served as the Executive Vice President of AWA Touring where he managed distribution of the full roster of artists and productions in both domestic and international markets, as well as overseeing company strategy operations, and business affairs.

 

Previously Matt spent 12 years as an agent and later Vice President at Columbia Artists Theatricals where he was the responsible agent for Cats and Stomp, and spearheaded the development of international and casino relationships. He began his career in the production division of PACE Theatrical Group’s office in New York.
